Mr. Harris is a Valuation Consultant at Adams Capital, LLC. His experience includes the valuation of both public and privately held companies, family limited partnership valuations, fixed assets, tangible and intangible property valuation for mergers and acquisitions, transfer pricing, stock option and warrant valuation, fairness opinions, and quantification of discounts for lack of marketability. While with Adams Capital, Mr. Harris has performed valuations for financial reporting, gift and estate planning, transaction advisory, and litigation support services. In addition to company valuations, these engagements include purchase price allocations, intangible asset and goodwill impairments, and stock option compensation.

Mr. Harris spent Summer 2016 as a financial analyst at Glenview Capital Management and obtained a degree in Economics while at Emory University. His industry experience includes Technology, Internet and Media, Healthcare & Medical Technologies, Consumer Staples & Discretionary, Financial Services, and Transportation.
