Mr. Burrus is a Valuation Consultant at Adams Capital, LLC.  His experience includes the valuation of both public and privately held companies, family limited partnership valuations, fixed assets, tangible and intangible property valuation for mergers and acquisitions, stock option and warrant valuation, fairness opinions, and quantification of discounts for lack of marketability.  While with Adams Capital, Mr. Burrus has performed valuations for financial reporting, gift and estate planning, transaction advisory, and litigation support services.  In addition to company valuations, these engagements include purchase price allocations, intangible asset and goodwill impairments, and stock option compensation.

​Mr. Burrus spent Summer 2017 as an investment banking analyst at Siebert Cisneros Shank & Co. and obtained a master’s degree in finance at the University of Virginia.  His industry experience includes Municipalities, Emerging Markets, and Corporations within Fixed Income.
