Mr. Sanli is a Valuation Manager at Adams Capital, LLC.  He has experience in the valuation of both public and privately held companies, family limited partnership valuations, stock option and warrant valuations, tangible and intangible property valuations, fairness opinions, and quantification of discounts for lack of marketability and control.

While with Adams Capital, Mr. Sanli has been engaged to perform valuations for purposes relating to financial reporting, tax reporting, transaction advisory services, and litigation support involving both the fair market value and fair value standards.  These engagements include purchase price allocation, transfer pricing, impairment testing of goodwill and other intangible assets, management and estate planning, gift and transfer tax, and dispute resolution.
